Yoga and Ecology
or the art of Ecorituality
With Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati
4, 5 and 6 June 2010
BijaYogashram has the honour to be organizing an essential international assembly of Satyananda Yoga next June.
In association with l’Ecole de Yoga Satyananda, we will receive Swami Satyasangananda Saraswati for a three-day symposium on the theme of ecology, a subject that is unavoidable today throughout the world.
With Swami Niranjanananda, she is the closest disciple of Paramahamsa Satyananda who reached his Mahasamadhi on December 5th, 2009. Since 2007, she is Peetadhiswari of Rikhiapeeth, that is master or spiritual guide of the ashram in Rikhia.
Swami Satyasangananda will be present to explain to us the subtle connection which exists between the individual, the outside world and the cosmos or “Mother Nature”.
The art of Ecorituality applies to everyday life and in every action. In so doing it reconnects with the tradition of Tantra and restores the necessary bridge between external ecology, internal ecology and spirituality.
In this process, rituals or pujas will be used as external theatres to illustrate the internal theatre in which, for each of us, plays the process of transformation by knowledge.
